Yes, cancel from your billing page any time. No questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I hit the script limit on Free? +
You can still access everything else in your account — calendar, event ideas, analytics. You just need to upgrade for more AI scripts that month.
Do you offer refunds? +
Yes, full refund within 7 days of any charge, no questions asked. Just email support@mycreatoros.ai.
Is there a student or creator discount? +
Absolutely. Email us at support@mycreatoros.ai and we'll sort you out. We want CreatorOS to be accessible to creators at every stage.
Can I switch between monthly and annual? +
Yes, any time from your billing page. Switching to annual is prorated so you only pay the difference.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more. We don't store any card details ourselves.
